Job description: Hybrid Accountant wanted for a real estate holding company based in Downtown Vancouver!We are working with a small sized real estate holding company, located in downtown Vancouver. They have recently acquired a number of large, commercial properties and looking for an experienced accountant/bookkeeper to support their team.THE ROLE

• Full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Bank/Visa Reconciliations
• Quarterly reporting (GST, PST, WCB)
• Preparing financial reports
• Year end Closing and Assisting Auditors for year end
• Cash flow forecasting

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of general accounting knowledge
• CPA Designation or near completion is highly desired
• An accounting degree/diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in real estate or public accounting is preferred but not essential
• Sage 50/QuickBooks experience is preferred

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• $70,00-$85,000
• 2-3 Weeks Vacation
• Benefits: Health Spending Account
• Hybrid working available
