Job description: – Manage and track revenues from all sources according to various reports;
– Manage and monitor payables to suppliers of goods and services;
– Manage and monitor payroll services;
– Manage and monitor relations with government entities and banks, including preparation of reports and sales tax remittances;
– Perform applicable journal entries, e.g. accruals, prepayments, depreciation;
– Balance inter-company accounts (simple inter-company payables/receivables);
– Perform monthly bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations;
– Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements, including period-end entries and other adjustments and other adjustments;
– Participate closely in the year-end external accounting audit;
– Manage and monitor the budget process;
– Develop and produce various management charts;
– Participate in the analysis of opportunities for our projects in Canada and abroad;
