- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Financial statements
- Journal entries
- General ledger maintenance
- Job costing
- Project/progress billing
- Financial reporting
- Other duties and projects as needed
Experience & Attributes for Success:
- Post-secondary education in accounting or related field
- 3 years+ progressive, full cycle accounting experience
- High level proficiency with accounting software, ideally with QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Previous experience in a project-based or job-costing environment is a strong asset
- Ability to adapt and thrive in an entrepreneurial and/or fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Uphold a high level of integrity and ethical standards
