We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.I am looking for an accountant for my client in the manufacturing sector. This is a permanent position in Saint-Polycarpe.Main responsibilities:

• Performs the complete accounting cycle (accounts payable; accounts receivable and payroll);

• Processes company personnel expense accounts according to established policy;

• Informs the planner-purchaser of non-compliance with invoices and orders received;

• Records data and maintains company dashboards;

• Compile various data and prepare various statistical reports;

• Financial analysis and interpretation for management;

• Preparation of the company’s financial statements;

• Prepares government remittance documents, has them approved by his immediate superior and ensures their transmission;

• Ensures the reliability of computer data processing and generated reports;

• Collaborates in the preparation of the accounting documents necessary for the external audit;

• Maintains data (manufacturing time standards, quantity and price of raw materials, etc.) of the factory’s cost price system;

• Support to the immediate superior;

Requirements:
 Baccalaureate in accounting;
 Functional English;
 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting.
Knowledge :
 Experience in the manufacturing and/or agri-food sector;
 Good knowledge of the MS-Office suite.PROCEDURE: First interview with Romane Dumaine, recruitment advisor, then with the controller.
