Job description: Job Description:Robert Half is partnering with an excellent organization to add an Accountant to their Finance team. This is a full-time/permanent position on site.Advantages:-Competitive salary (60-65K)-Full benefits + sick/personal days-3 weeks vacation-Free parking-Closed between Christmas & NYE-Excellent leadership team & cultureResponsibilities:-Manage full-cycle Accounts payable and receivable-Support the accounting team in day-to-day activities, productions, and special projects-Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP and company policies-Inter-company cost transfer and prepare budget forecasts-Maintaining a general ledger by inputting daily financial transactions-Assist in the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting-Assist with tax preparations, filing, and reporting as required, including responsibility for GST/HST filling-Support the external audit processes and assist with the year-end process, working directly with the external auditor and internal team-Respond to inquiries from the CEO, Directors, and managers regarding financial results and special reporting requests-Other duties as required assigned by Controller/ManagersRequirements:Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field-3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment-Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices-Analytical mind with proficiency in numbers, attention to detail, and desire to probe further into data-Hands-on experience with accounting software like QBO-Advanced MS Excel Skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables-Exceptional organizing and communication skills and committed to working with priorities

Expected salary: $60000 – 65000 per year
