Job description: Bookkeeper (Temp to Perm)Our client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their growing team! If you are a Bookkeeper looking to advance your skill set, then RPI might have the role for you!Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Oversee core accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, cash management, and bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Handle general ledger accounting, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closings as part of full-cycle accounting.
• Prepare and process payroll, including remittances and year-end tax forms.
• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Run and prepare financial statements and reports for management.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate across finance and operations teams on project-based activities.
• Adapt to and support the implementation of new systems and processes.

Your strengths include:

• 4+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
• Proven experience with A/P, A/R, cash management, and general ledger accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Acumatica is considered a strong asset.
• Experience in project administration or project accounting, with the ability to translate project activities into general ledger entries.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
