If you want more information about this exciting venture, get in touch with us today.Your responsibilities– Make monthly journal entries– Aiding in full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes– Researching and rectifying account discrepancies– Reconciling and balancing general ledger accounts– Helping with audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits– Carrying out alternate duties and taking part in special projects as assigned– Data entryRequirements:– Excellent oral and written communication skills– Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required– Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects– Knowledge of Acomba– Well-founded grasp of Accounting Functions– Quality experience with check processing– Strong familiarity with Cl Programming– Practical knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)– Proven knowledge of About Time– IBM AS/400 experience highly desired– General familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP)– Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Software Systems– Foundational knowledge in enterprise resource planning– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, vlookups) is preferred– Strong attention to detail– Applicants with an AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business are recommended for this position– At minimum, 1 year of relevant accounting experience

Expected salary: $23.75 – 27.5 per hour
