Job description: Our client located in downtown Montreal is looking for an Accounting Technician to join their team. Dynamic environment with career opportunities. Work Model: Hybrid, with 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities:Bank Reconciliation:
Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of accounts.Payment and Collection Management:
Apply payments and manage cash receipts following established procedures.Tax and Government Reporting:
Prepare and file required tax and government reports.
Manage tax payments and ensure compliance.Financial Analysis:
Analyze revenues and prepare monthly estimates.
Perform variance analysis to identify deviations from forecasts.Preparation of Excel files:
Prepare and import Excel files for monthly estimates into the system.Accounts receivable follow-up:
Follow up accounts receivable and manage a large volume of transactions.Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting
Technical skills:
Knowledge of NetSuite software.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP searches.
Languages: Bilingual in French and English, with daily use of these languages.Summary
