Job description: About the Opportunity

• Provide administrative support to the Accounting team, ensuring smooth and accurate workflow
• Organize and maintain client records, digital filing systems, and databases
• Assist with accounts receivable, preparing engagement letters, providing billing support and processing client deliverables
• Support tax return e-filing and review documents for accuracy
• Manage client communications including emails and phone calls
• Help improve internal processes and support team collaboration

About You

• 2–3 years of administrative or accounting support experience, preferably in a professional services setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, CaseWare, TaxPrep) is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude

Salary Range
$50,000 – $55,000 /yearHow to Apply
