• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes while ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
• Perform daily and monthly accounting processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Oversee customer accounts to ensure timely collections, resolving issues efficiently and tactfully
• Analyze customer credit applications and make recommendations based on established company policies
• Monitor credit limits and thresholds to minimize risk and optimize cash flow
• Support office operations by maintaining organized records
• Compose and prepare correspondence
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Accounting and Operations Specialist or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under minimal supervision
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
