- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Staff expense report processing
- Month-end support
- Other support tasks as required
Experience & Attributes for Success:
- Post-secondary education in Business or Accounting; or equivalent combination of experience, skills & education
- Proven experience in a similar accounting support or bookkeeping role
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Precious experience in the hospitality industry is an asset
- Strong computer/technical skills
- Reliable and dependable work ethic with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- High level of flexibility when working with others and superior interpersonal and relationships building skills
