Job description: About the Opportunity
- Manage Accounts Payable: process invoices, corporate card charges, and employee expenses; review coding; reconcile accounts; maintain vendor records; ensure timely payments.
- Handle Accounts Receivable: prepare invoices, apply payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and reconcile customer accounts.
- Support Treasury functions: track daily cash positions, assist with payment runs, process transfers (including wires and EFTs), and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
About You
- Accounting certificate or business degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in AP/AR, treasury, or general accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics NAV is a plus
Salary Range
