Job description: About the Opportunity

• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
• Reconcile vendor and customer statements, investigating discrepancies as needed.
• Prepare and process invoices, journal entries, and payment runs.
• Maintain financial records, including vendor/customer master files and sales tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve accounting inquiries.

About You

• Diploma or higher in accounting/administration.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with accounting software (Sage X3 preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary Range
$52,000 – $58,000 /yearHow to Apply
