This position must efficiently and accurately execute accounting payable cycles per dealership standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.We would require our candidate to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm, as well as the flexibility to work overtime hours on the first and second business day of the month (lieu day given for working overtime hours).Remuneration: $4,000 per month salary.Job Duties:

• Input manufacture vehicle invoices.

• Reconcile daily deposit & take daily deposit to the bank.
• Reconcile statements.
• Reconcile petty cash.
• Issue cheques per requisitions. (Referrals, cash back, lien payout, etc.)
• Work within established accounting guidelines, company policy, and procedures.

• Receipt customer payments.

• Provide daily lunch time reception relief.
• Maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

• Assist with preparing bins for scanning. (removing staples, taping down small paper, removing paper clips).
• Input and reconcile monthly warranties through Chrysler Canada.
• Order dealership office supplies.

Perform other duties as required by management.Successful Candidates Possess:

• 1-3 years relevant experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required

• CDK Experience an asset

• Flexibility to work overtime hours on the first and second business day of each month, to complete month-end process

• Effective Communication and Problem-Solving Skills

• Ability to multi-task in fast paced work environment

• Knowledge of basic accounting practices and procedures preferred

• Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office applications

• Must maintain a professional appearance.
