Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable process ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices
• Accounts payable/receivable and inter-company accounting management for multiple dealerships
• Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements and other financial statements
• Analyze and reconcile accounts; resolving discrepancies as required
• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Provide support for deal posting as required
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• 2 years of accounting experience is preferred.
• Completion of post-secondary education in accounting or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with accounting software and the ability to quickly learn and work across multiple software platforms
