Job description: Accounts Payable SpecialistOur client is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is a contract role based out of Spruce Grove. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments. A successful candidate will maintain strong vendor relationships and support month-end close activities.Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals
• Match purchase orders, receipts and invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and support audits
• Assist with month-end accruals and reporting

Your strengths include:

• 4+ years of full-cycle AP experience
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
