Job description: Accounts Payable Administrator:Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining systematic records of business transactions, as well as verifying and recording those transactions as well as maintaining current and historical financial records pertaining to their suppliers. This is a hybrid role.Your success will be determined by your ability to

• Maintain up to date billing systems
• Reconciliation of vendor accounts
• Process payments as required, either by EFT, Visa, or cheque
• Investigate, resolve, and respond to supplier inquiries whether it be via written and/or verbal communications
• Process adjustments
• Receive invoices and statements, complete administration sections and routes as necessary to ensure that all work is accurately assigned and paid accordingly
• Effectively communicate within the teams of Project Managers, Shared Services Department, and Branches providing financial, clerical, and administrative services in person and through written means
• Work independently on routine tasks
• Lead by example with integrity
• Other tasks and special projects as assigned by your direct supervisor

Your strengths include

• Minimum two years experience within an accounts payable or accounting role
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, organized, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management skills, confidentiality principles, and professionalism
• Adept to working in a fast-paced team environment
