They are looking for a Financial Administrator (Accounts Payable) to help build the foundation for the next phase of growth. • Customer Focused approach to internal and external inquiries

What you will be doing:

• Process all incoming invoices, ensuring invoices are matched to related PO and receiving documents

• Process employee expense reports verifying correct charge path and approvals prior to payment.

• Process weekly payment file.

• Investigating invoice discrepancies and resolving Accounts Payable issues with vendors

• Working closely with Procurement team to resolve price or quantity variance issues related to PO purchases

• Credit Card reconciliations

• Ensure all vendor queries are handled in a professional and timely manner

• Responsible for the administration of the Accounts Payable Inbox ensuring all correspondence is handled in a timely manner
