• Matching, batching, coding
• Inputting a high volume of accounts payable invoices
• Cheque runs
• Generating EFT payments
• Resolving accounts payable issues with vendors
• Bank reconciliations
• Journal entries
• Month-end accruals
• Basic accounts receivable functions
• Completing special project work as required for the accounts payable department

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role
• Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Proficient with spreadsheets and databases
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
