Job description: Job Description:Our Calgary-based client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst for a contract role. This position will play a key role in managing AR operations, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting internal controls within a dynamic, retail-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement efficiency improvements and internal control enhancements.
• Support process planning, control, and payment adherence in line with AR policies.
• Perform reconciliations of AR account balances and prepare weekly aging reports.
• Assist with month-end closings, financial reporting, and recurring charge uploads.
• Manage daily settlements and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve high-risk items and respond to inquiries.
• Ad-hoc duties as requested

Requirements:Qualifications:

• Accounting background; reconciliation experience
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proven time management skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Available to start immediately.
