Job description: About the Opportunity

• Receiving and processing payments from customers, applying payments to the correct customer accounts, and tracking payments and outstanding balances.
• Reconciling customer accounts to ensure accurate records and Resolving discrepancies and adjustments.
• Monitoring outstanding accounts and identifying delinquent payments.
• Contacting customers about overdue balances.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving billing issues.
• Maintaining detailed records and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Effectively communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Performing calculations related to invoices, payments, and balances.

About You

• Organization and Accuracy: Maintaining detailed records and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Communication: Effectively communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving discrepancies and billing issues.
• Math Skills: Performing calculations related to invoices, payments, and balances.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in using accounting software and other relevant tools.
• Experience with WordPro is an asset
