Job : 16691112Our private client in the building material industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team.About the role:
This role will be reporting into the Accounting Manager and be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Cash applications
- Monitoring outstanding customer accounts
- Follow up calls with customers to ensure payments are being made
- Account reconciliations
- Resolving any customer discrepancies
- Ad-hoc tasks as needed.
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Completion of Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Experience with MS Excel is a strong Asset
- Must have experience working with accounting software
- Must be able to work in the office
