Job description: AR Collections Clerk needed for contract in downtown Calgary!Agilus is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta. Our client is looking to add an AR Collections Clerk to their finance team in a contract role. Perfect person for this role has experience with SAP and high-volume AR. Responsibilities:
- Handling and managing the collections process
- Handling monthly collection meetings to update stakeholders and branch managers
- Submitting invoices into Open Invoice
- Cash applications in SAP
- Weekly cash forecasting report
- Running credit risk assessments
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience handling high-volume collections and AR
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Open Invoice experience preferred
- Available for the duration of the contract
- Outstanding communication skills
What’s in it for you:
- $23/hour – $25/hour (based on years of experience)
- Full time in-office, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
- Location: SE Calgary
- Contract duration: August to October, chance of extension
