Job description: Job Description:Our Calgary-based client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager for a contract role. You’ll lead a high-performing AR team, drive collections, and support process improvements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and team performance
• Manage task assignments and workload distribution
• Coach and mentor team members; foster a positive team culture
• Ensure quality standards and timely reporting
• Communicate effectively across teams and with leadership
• Solve operational challenges and support process improvements
• Assist with goal setting and project coordination
• Ad-hoc duties as requested

Requirements:Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B collections and understanding of the Order-to-Cash process
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
• Continuous Improvement mindset; project experience a plus
• Available to start immediately
