In this momentum, the project management department is constantly growing and is looking to enlist the services of a new talent as Assistant Project Manager.Advantages

Preparation of the construction file;
Administrative management of the construction project;
OHS and environmental management;
Transmission of relevant information to the foreman;
Requests for quotations/material orders;
Management of shop drawings;
Signage plans/work procedures;
Monthly bills and invoicing;
Cost tracking vs. Invoicing;
Preparation and submission of requests for contingent work;
Closing and archiving the project.Qualifications
2 years of experience;
Bachelor’s degree, DEC or AEC in Civil Engineering (relevant experience may supplement the academic requirement);
Proficiency in the Office suite;
Proficiency in AutoCad software;
Open-mindedness, willingness to learn, teamwork.Summary
