Job description: Job Description:In anticipation of future needs Robert Half is currently seeking Administrative Assistants throughout the St. Paul region.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle inquiries promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Support the HR department with onboarding and record-keeping.
- Manage and organize files, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in related field an asset.
- 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to start immediately.
