This is a full-time & permanent role that is primarily remote work. The candidate considered, must have experience within the construction industry to be considered. This role is primarily assisting the Owner in various administrative tasks.Requirements:
- 8+ years of administrative experience within the construction industry
- Must be fluent in MS Word & Excel
- Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills: written & verbal
- Set-up to effectively work remotely at home
Duties:
- Assist the Owner in accounting & project based tasks for jobsites
- Communicating with various trades on job progresses
- Administrative tasks assigned by the Owner
- Assist with project work as required

- $20.00 to $23.00 an hour, depending on experience
