Type of employment: 18-month contractual with great possibility of permanence
100% in office
Ville Saint-Laurent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (40 hours per week)
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year

Support the management team in communications
Keep the organization chart up to date;
Ensure data management, archiving
Manage orders for materials, equipment or supplies
Complete credit requests
Collaborate with the director and the management committee in the implementation, monitoring and improvement of policies and procedures
Entering payroll data periodicallyQualifications
Bilingualism both oral and written
Experience in a similar position
DEC in administration (asset)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software,
Excellent organizational skills, multitasking
Great sense of autonomy and initiative
