Job description: Your Opportunity:This department processes high volume, as a member of the team, you will provide timely processing and professional customer support. As ASIV in Accounts Payable (AP) role processes a variety of vendors’ type transactions through manual and automated systems, inquiries from internal and external Accounts Payable customers, either by phone or by mail. Processing includes manual entry into Oracle ERP systems and validation of Mark view Optical Character recognition software invoices and selecting approver for workflow. This position involves problem solving issues with vendor invoices, reviewing vendor statements, compliance functions and credit/debit note adjustments. This position reports to the Supervisor/Manager of Accounts Payable.Description:As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:Some post-secondary education. Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of post-secondary education in accounting or business and/or minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts payable applications/accounting/finance or office administration environment. Demonstrated intermediate level competency in the use of MS Office applications including Excel and Word.
