  • Assist with Accounts Payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Perform detailed reviews and reconciliations of accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide support and assistance in addressing vendor inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
  • Identify, analyze, and implement improvements in execution to improve the efficiency and accuracy of accounts payable operations.
  • Apply data-driven approaches and methodologies to streamline accounts payable processes and reduce costs.
  • Conduct process reviews and implement changes to ensure continuous improvement and compliance, including for optimizing accounts payable tools and software to enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Build and maintain robust accounts payable reporting systems to track critical metrics.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify accounts payable trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes by providing accurate accounts payable data and analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to SOX and Internal Controls.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience of minimum 3 years in accounting.
  • High level of precision and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently, using strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing for clear and concise reporting to collaborators at all levels of the organization, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in project management, change management, or continuous improvement is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications. Experience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and data visualization tools is considered an asset.
