You will have the opportunity to use your skills to carry out the tasks set out below.Here’s how you will make an impact:Provide support to the site supervisor via tasks such as producing and revising documents such as directives, change notices, reports, deficiency follow-ups, minutes, etc.;Produce complete technical plans and specifications at all stages of projects;Contribute to the evaluation of construction and fitting-out costs;Research and select appropriate products, materials, techniques, and technologies;Participate in project coordination by working with stakeholders such as engineers and consultants.QualificationsCollege diploma in architectural technology, or a master’s degree in architecture;Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in architecture;Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Revit software;Relevant experience in institutional projects;Good understanding of BIM issues in architecture;Good command of the Quebec Construction Code;Aptitude for teamwork while demonstrating autonomy and initiative;Ability to manage several files simultaneously under tight deadlines;Fluent in French, English an asset;Good knowledge of tools/modules complementary to Revit (enscape), an asset;Member of the Ordre des architectes du Québec, an asset.Additional InformationLemay makes its employee development and well-being a priority.
