Compensation & Hours:
- The rate of pay will be $20-$25/hr. based on experience
- Monday-Friday; 8:30am-4:30pm
Position Summary:
- Administering payroll for various clients
- Bookkeeping; including bank reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing accounts, reports, budgets, and financial statements
- Posting client invoices and payments
- Letter writing
- Undertaking financial administration
- Maintaining financial records and balancing accounts
Required Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Accounting
- Ability to effectively balance clients and workload
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dedication to providing an extremely high level of customer service
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritizing and execution skills
- Career minded individual who is seeking growth
