Compensation & Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $20-$25/hr. based on experience
• Monday-Friday; 8:30am-4:30pm

Position Summary:

• Administering payroll for various clients
• Bookkeeping; including bank reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable and receivable
• Preparing accounts, reports, budgets, and financial statements
• Posting client invoices and payments
• Letter writing
• Undertaking financial administration
• Maintaining financial records and balancing accounts

*Required Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting
• Ability to effectively balance clients and workload
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dedication to providing an extremely high level of customer service
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritizing and execution skills
• Career minded individual who is seeking growth
