In this role, you will oversee key areas such as Accounts Receivable, Payments, Audits, Credit Analysis, and approvals. You’ll leverage your keen eye for detail, organizational expertise, and strategic mindset to drive effective debt recovery strategies while ensuring compliance with credit policies.This role also offers the opportunity to:

  • Supervise and mentor a dedicated team.
  • Collaborate on contract reviews and financial reporting.
  • Represent the credit department in meetings, contributing to company-wide initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct invoice audits to ensure accuracy and manage account adjustments, releases, and write-offs.
  • Develop and implement strategies for debt recovery, including legal documentation and representation.
  • Perform account reconciliations, oversee collection efforts, and monitor payment plan compliance.
  • Review and analyze commercial contracts to identify financial risks and ensure adherence to credit policies.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor the Credit and Accounts Receivable team to drive performance and growth.

What you need to be successful:

  • 5–7 years of experience in credit and collections, including invoice audits and debt recovery.
  • Strong billing expertise with attention to accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and progress draws.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills through prior management experience.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards.
