Discover endless opportunities to grow and make your mark at Hines.ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant Property Manager with Hines, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community by completing accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing monthly close-out and financial reports. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
QualificationsMinimum Requirements include:
Work indoors approximately 95% of the time and outdoors 5% of the timeUse olfactory, auditory, and visual senses to inspect building and detect emergency alarmsOn occasion, perform physical inspections of the property which may include climbing up and down stairs or accessing restrictive openingsAbility to lift up to 25lbsThough occurrences are rare, be accessible 24 hours a day in case of an emergency and perform on-site operations management during natural disastersTransfer properties and work overtime as business needs deem appropriateAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysClosingAt Hines, we strive for excellence as a leading global real estate investment manager, driven by our by our belief that real estate is fundamentally about people.
