Please indicate in your cover letter which program you are applying for.Reporting to the Chair, the Associate Chair plays a key leadership role in advancing program excellence and fostering student success through high-quality instruction and curriculum development. This supervisory position works in close partnership with the Chair to support faculty growth by identifying professional development opportunities, conducting classroom observations, and offering coaching and mentorship. The Associate Chair also contributes to the overall well-being of both staff and students.In addition to these core responsibilities, the role includes leadership in one of the following specialized areas:
