Job description: Position: B Pressure Rig Welder – CNRL Albian – Fall TurnaroundProject Type: Turnaround (CNRL Albian)Project Location: CNRL AlbianShift: Day or NightSchedule:Accommodations: CampTravel Details: Fly to and from siteGC: GrahamAllied Partner: Heartland Constructors Inc.Reference Number: 27094Jardeg is recruiting Rig Welders to join the Heartland Constructors Inc. team at the CNRL Albian site near Fort McMurray, Alberta for the 2024 fall turnaround.Come be a part of an outstanding team working with industry leaders who have been executing work at the Albian site for over a decade. This is a temporary role starting September 9th and running until September 26, 2024.Responsibilities:

• Weld up to 30 inches (FDI) per day when material is available, some welds may be customized while others may be repetitive procedures to complete the work.
• Use welding processes such as SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, or SAW to weld pressure piping.
• Follows various company policies and procedures such as:
• ISO 9001-2008
• Graham’s Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
• Client Specific WPS
• Graham’s Safety Program

Position Qualifications:

• Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red Seal
• Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test

Welding Tickets Required:

• B Pressure Ticket (ABSA)

• F3/F4 SMAW
• 661T SMAW – F (flat) V (vertical) H (horizontal)
• CWB SMAW
• F5 SMAW or F6/F5 GTAW/SMAW
