  • Develop and Enhance Project Management Tools: Take ownership of specific projects related to our project management suite, crafted in Rails, to meet the evolving needs of users across various roles.
  • Automate and Optimize Workflows: Enhance project management workflows through automation, improving efficiency and effectiveness for teams worldwide.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Engage with development, operations, and various other departments to promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Enhance System Security and Stability: Fortify our platform by developing and integrating tools that safeguard against security threats, ensuring system integrity and reliability.
  • Documentation and Analysis: Keep detailed documentation and conduct analyses of existing tools to identify and act on areas for improvement, enhancing user satisfaction and usability.
  • Support and Troubleshoot: Engage in Tier 2 or Tier 3 support during weekday, weekend, and occasionally night

  • Robust Ruby on Rails Expertise: Demonstrated experience in building, deploying, and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications, with a deep understanding of the Rails ecosystem.
  • Collaborative Skills: A proven track record of effective teamwork, capable of collaborating with diverse teams to achieve project goals.
  • Advanced Problem-Solving: A knack for tackling complex challenges with innovative solutions that enhance the functionality and efficiency of our project management tools.
  • Security Minded: A strong background in developing secure applications and a keen understanding of how to protect them against modern security threats.
  • SQL and Database Proficiency: Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries, preferably with PostgreSQL, to manage and manipulate data effectively.
  • Agile Practices Knowledge: Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly with an interest in tooling that supports agile project management.
  • Asynchronous Work Competence: Exceptional self-management and organizational skills, thriving in a remote working environment.
  • API Design Acumen: Skilled in designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs using industry best practices.
