  • Full-time, permanent
  • Location: Mississauga
  • Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days work from home
  • Salary: $65,000 to $68,000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

The Bilingual Staff Accountant will manage Payroll Administration, Customer Collections, and Accounts Payable. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing cash-flow position and ensuring that customer, employee, and vendor payments are made on time.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Payable
Payroll Administration
Customer Collections
Verify and input the company’s credit card transactions.
Review & approve expense reports in accordance with the company’s and accounting guidelines.
Complete monthly Bank reconciliations
Assist in month-end closing process.
Assist with internal and external audit requests.REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual (French & English)
2 years of Finance, Accounting or Payroll experience
Oracle or ADP experience is an asset
Previous Payroll experience is an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Post-secondary degree in Business, Accounting, or Economics
Capability to quickly learn new ERP System (ie. Oracle)Perks and benefits!
