Job description: Branch Sales ManagerOur client is searching for a strategic and results-driven Branch Sales Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for managing a team of Territory Managers, driving product sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee inventory, financial performance, and regional coverage while engaging directly with key accounts and supporting divisional leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales management, along with strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Lead and motivate Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and promote company initiatives
• Manage regional sales revenue, margin growth, and profitability
• Oversee new, used, and rental inventory levels
• Establish and monitor KPIs for Territory Managers
• Conduct regular sales meetings and ensure effective regional coverage
• Engage with major accounts to promote full product support offerings
• Provide market feedback to senior leadership on industry trends

• Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
• Ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to closing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain executive-level customer relationships
• Experience recruiting, training, and motivating sales teams
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally and internationally
• Valid passport and clean driver’s abstract
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and drive to achieve results
