Term: The initial term of the SOW is to last until July 31, 2025 with an option in favour of our client to extend the SOW on the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2) six month terms.

Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a range of back-office applications.Role Overview: We are looking for Business Analysts who excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and technology-driven environment. The ideal candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proven experience in effective communication, leadership, problem-solving, documentation standards, change management, and quality control. The Business Analysts will report to the Director of the PMO and will also be accountable to Program Managers overseeing their assigned projects and areas.Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements documentation, presentations, and decision items for various audiences, including senior leaders
- Developing test strategies, plans, and coordinating testing activities
- Writing and/or proofreading/editing detailed, accurate, and clear technical and end-user materials
- Facilitating support discussions with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, documenting, and communicating knowledge documentation
- Coordinating the development and implementation of metrics and KPIs
Mandatory Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications for data integration and reports in a highly complex, integrated environment
- Experience in eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements documentation
- Effective communication skills for conveying complex issues to all organizational levels, including senior leaders, clinicians, and frontline staff
- Ability to navigate and build strong relationships in a large, complex multi-enterprise environment with competing needs
- Proven history of being a conceptual thinker with excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and consulting skills
- Ability to build cooperative working relationships with co-workers and clients to ensure credibility and confidence in services provided
- Capacity building in client knowledge and ability to use and apply services
- Experience in developing test strategies, plans, and coordinating testing activities
- Clear understanding of project management processes
- Experience with organizational change management
- Previous experience in the health sector
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science
- Willingness to work from the eHealth corporate office (please indicate this in your resume)
