Job description: Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to support high priority security projects. Respondents will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced and technology driven environment. Proven experience and skills in effective communication, leadership, problem solving, documentation standards, and a rigor for change management and quality control are also required. The Business Analysts will report into Digital Services division as well into the project lead representative.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful Resource(s) will undertake the subsequent tasks and responsibilities, which include but are not limited to the following:
- Elicit, document and validate requirements documentation, presentations, as well as information and decision items for various audiences, including senior leaders.
- Develop test strategies, plans and coordinate testing activities.
- Write and/or proofread/edit a variety of detailed, accurate and clear technical and end user material.
- Be self-starters with the ability to operate with little supervision in fast paced and complex environments.
- Have a clear understanding of IT security vulnerability requirements and disciplines.
- Facilitate support discussions with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, document and communicate knowledge documentation.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of metrics and KPI’s.
Qualifications/Requirements
The individual must have the following Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst role

- Possesses the ability to convert business requirements into technical specification for data integration and reports in a highly complex, integrated environment.
- Possesses previous experience eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements documentation.
- Possesses ability to communicate complex security vulnerability issues in an effective manner to all levels in the organization, such as senior leaders, clinicians, frontline staff, etc
- Possesses ability to navigate and build strong relationships in a large, complex multi-enterprise environment that includes customers with difficult and/or competing needs.
- Proven history of being a conceptual thinker with excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and consulting skills.
- Possesses previous experience developing test strategies, plans and coordinating testing activities.
- Possesses the ability to test strategy, plans and coordinate testing activities.
- Possesses a clear understanding of IT security Vulnerability Detection Solution.
- Possesses previous experience with organizational change management.
- Possesses previous experience in the health sector.
- Possesses a Certified Business Analysis Professional designation.
