Job description: Chargé de Projets SeniorThe Chargé de Projets Senior is responsible for the overall management of a project, from inception to completion. This includes developing project plans, managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and a proven track record of success in managing complex projects. They will also be highly organized, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and budgets
• Manage all aspects of the project, from design to construction
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
• Resolve any project issues or conflicts
• Manage the project team and ensure that they have the resources they need to be successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
