Job description: Civil Construction EstimatorOur client, a successful civil construction company specializing in a diverse range of projects, including civil infrastructure, earthworks, and industrial/commercial developments is growing and seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator to join their team.Estimator Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for civil construction projects, including road, storm, and sanitary infrastructure.
• Estimate earthworks projects, encompassing tree clearing, grubbing, and stripping activities.
• Provide estimates for industrial and commercial developments, such as parking lots, site servicing, retaining walls, and shoreline restoration.

Estimator Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer in civil construction projects.
• Familiarity with estimating processes and tools.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in civil construction estimating.
• Knowledge of industry-specific software for estimating.
