The incumbent will be responsible for the design, planning and supervision of site development projects, ensuring compliance with technical and environmental standards.Primary Responsibilities

• Design and develop site development plans, taking into account technical, environmental and regulatory aspects
• Supervise work in the field and ensure site follow-up
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Carry out feasibility analyses and environmental site assessments
• Prepare and submit the necessary technical documents to the relevant authorities to obtain the necessary permits and approvals
• Manage resources and budget allocated to site development projects
• Ensure clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or related discipline
• Significant previous experience in the design and management of site development projects
• In-depth knowledge of land-use planning and environmental protection standards and regulations
• Advanced skills in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) and site modeling software
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and manage several projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
