Job description: Seymour Pacific Developments is currently looking for Civil Operators to join our team in Portage la Prairie, MB. Civil Operators are responsible for ensuring the successful excavation of multi-building, multi-family, residential and commercial sites.Your contributions to the team:

• Complete pre-shift inspections on equipment as well as basic servicing which includes checking the fluids, greasing and cleaning the machine
• Operate Mini Excavator, Skid Steer, Packers
• Maintain knowledge of safe construction work practices and procedures, follow safety regulations
• Other labour duties as assigned

What you need to be successful:

• Experience in residential excavation, grading and utilities.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Understanding of civil construction fundamentals
