We have more than 700 locations in 70 countries. Position Summary:We are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our claims team in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada managing our Edmonton Hub. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office or hybrid work arrangements. Multiple locations are within our Edmonton hub and some travel is required.The successful candidate will operate, improve, adjust, and profitably manage their team and mentor employees at a branch responsible for delivering superior adjusting services. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage adjusting practices, work in progress, accounts receivable, and all accounts for the Edmonton Hub
- Manage employee relations, coaching and mentoring of staff
- Identify and implement business development strategies
- Control branch finances
- Oversee branch administration
- Maintenance of customer service & delivery for the Edmonton Hub
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 years of functional / technical experience
- Maintenance of adjusting license – Alberta Level 3 required, multiple licenses preferred
- CIP/FCIP designation required
- Strong management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team player
- Experience with Office 365 and Windows 10
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Valid drivers license is required
- Reliable transportation required
- Regular travel to local offices is required
