A unique opportunity to take control and use your expertise to create special moments for your clients and caregivers.As a Client Development Manager, under the direction of the Area Director, you are responsible for growing the client base and local business for the private care business. You develop and manage business relationships with referral sources and prospective clients along with their circle of care. As the Client Development Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring that every interaction with referral sources, prospective clients and their families is exceptional and aligns with brand and vision. You ensure your expertise and guidance is offered through consultations with the recommendations of the right mix of services and product offerings based on client needs. In addition to a proven track record in sales and exceptional relationship-building skills, you are also deeply empathetic, understanding the unique needs and concerns of each client and their families. This role involves supporting the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to finalizing service agreements. As our Client Development Manager, you will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, be a creative problem-solver to support seniors with their home care needs and have an incredible work ethic thriving in a growth market.What We Expect
What will be your responsibilities in this role:

  • Lead the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing the sale and finalizing the agreements.
  • Plan, forecast and meet sales, service, experience and operational targets
  • Grow existing and develop new networks of referral sources, including but not limited to: health care social workers, hospital discharge planners, assisted living and retirement facilities, rehabilitative facilities, physician offices, pharmacies, financial and estate planners, and other relevant community partners servicing seniors.
  • Manage the process of converting leads into new clients.
  • Build relationships with referral sources to generate leads and manage Bayshore’s processes for lead generation.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and their circle of care to generate personalized home care offerings that include a wide range of services and products provided or delivered
  • Initiate, schedule and conduct consultations and assessments with prospective and existing clients and any members of the circle of care.
  • Support with strategies for business development, client acquisition and marketing.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver differentiated and personalized client and employee experiences.
  • Travel as required to meet with referral sources and prospective clients and their circle of care.
  • Manage and create your path to success

QualificationsWho is an ideal candidate:

  • At least two (2) years’ of recent experience in Sales in the community, hospitality; retail or pharmaceutical industries accountable for client acquisition and business growth.
  • Experience developing and growing network of referral sources – with an established network within a community.
  • Deep and proven experience with initiating, setting and meeting sales and customer experience targets.
  • Strong track record of performance and knowledge of sales, business development and customer service proven frameworks and standards.
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced, high growth environment with results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent format.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, excellent coaching skills and commitment to continuous learning, with above average communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic, high energy, positive and growth mind-set, holds strong ethics and is good at relationship building.
  • Valid drivers’ license with a vehicle.

Expected salary: $50000 – 60000 per year
