- You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
- You are dedicated to providing high-quality service
- You have a secondary school diploma along with completion of a related post secondary program such as Medical Terminology preferred
- You have a minimum of two years of related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Conversational French is an asset
