Job description: Bayshore Home Care Solutions is currently looking for a Client Service Coodinator. Reporting to the Client Service Manager, this role is responsible for the daily administrative duties of the branch, IT and some cross functions with client service coordination. This role will also coordinate with various departments and lines of business as needed.Casual, permanent
Weekend shifts, 10–6 p.m., and 2-10pmLocation: Hamilton, Ontario

Our CSCs are scheduled on an every other or every weekend scheduled. Additional shifts available for vacation coverage, sick calls and additional help etc.Onboarding and Training:
Our new CSCs receive comprehensive onboarding and training for our work processes and scheduling software.
New CSCs must be available for in-person training 2-3 days per week, Monday – Friday, for various day shifts between the hours of 8am-4pm, for the first 2-4 weeks of employment.
Overall training period for this role includes the first two months of employment, to aide our new CSCs to be confident and successful in this rewarding customer service role.

- Handle and document prospective client inquiries regarding requests for care and service.
- Assess client service needs in consultation with the Supervisors; schedule licensed and unlicensed employees for care and service assignments such that there is an appropriate match between the client’s needs and the qualifications, skills and abilities of Field employees; promote consistency of caregiver assignments and coordination of services.
- Reports and collaborates with other Case Managers, funder or government programs required.
- Notify clients and Field employees regarding initial and ongoing schedules.
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate current scheduling documentation.
- Assist with training and mentoring of new staff.
- Participate in client satisfaction initiatives.
- Handle and document client concerns and complaints in a timely manner and as appropriate, notify the Supervisors; maintain appropriate documentation.
- Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities.
- Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
- Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company’s Quality Management System.
- Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
- Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.
- Complete other tasks as requested.
